Within the template wordpress premium Admin panel select Appearance and theme wordpress premium Themes.
From the Install themes tab at the top you can select from a range of thousands of themes with the Find Themes button at the bottom. By searching through the Admin panel you can preview your own blog in the theme wordpress before deciding if you like the look of it and you can automatically install any themes you decide to use.
