Project Development Specialist (BD/BTQ 팀 소속 정규직) / 서울 서대문구 본사 근무
2. [직무내용]
1) Project Management
• Lead, manage and deliver on boutique projects in terms of performance, quality and timeliness (eg. new IT related solution, new supply chain related solutions, etc.)
• Contribute towards the evolution of the boutique operations in keeping to our growth, competitive advantages
• Identify gaps and initiate projects that enhance operational excellence, boutique efficiencies, customer experience and team motivation
• Assist HQ in new development & projects and coordinate the implementation for the boutiques
• Motivate and manage team members to achieve Best in Class and sustainable functionality
• Define personal needs, coordinate, induct and train the staff for the implementation of projects.
• Ensure efficient communication across teams/departments and harness feedback for effective decision making on projects
• Be the ambassador of the Brand, our Vision and company values to the Boutique team
• Manage budgets and timelines on projects
• Ensure compliance to Nestle, Nespresso and/or local regulatory standards
2) Boutique openings and renovation
• Work closely with HQ Retail Development Team on boutique openings and renovation, representing boutique operations.
• Monitor the Retro plan and the coordinate & organise the BTQ set up and opening/reopening
• Ensure smooth transition on renovation projects with minimal impact on boutique operations
• Monitor & follow up on the defect list after opening/renovation and guarantee the implementation of the mentioned points until 1 month after
• Put together the team for new boutiques through staff movement and recruitment
3. [자격요건]
• University degree preferred majoring in Design, Interior or Construction
• 5-7 years of professional experience in premium retail/service industry
