Cinimod Studio is seeking a creative 3D visual designer to join its London-based team.

We’re looking for someone who possesses a passion for presenting ideas and designs in a unique and engaging way. The successful candidate will be working with the design team to develop new projects and concepts. You will work with a variety of mediums and digital tools to visualise experiential installations of both permanent and temporary commissions.

The successful candidate will need to possess artistic capabilities including, but not limited to, digital illustration, 3D design, rendering, motion graphics, animation and video editing. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will need to illustrate ideas quickly and effectively, ensuring a high level of presentation is achieved. Engaging with brand identities and translating ideas clearly will be your main role, therefore you need to be a creative thinker who can bring fresh concepts to the table with high-level skill and artistic vision.

Job specification and desired skills:

• developing concepts through detailed design and delivery
• managing your own workflow through the use of various design tools
• preparation of client presentations, 3D visualisations, animations and concept development studies
• developing concepts into physical installations
• working with the software and workshop team to translate ideas into buildable proposals
• technical ability in detailing design elements for construction and fabrication as well as a grounding knowledge of materials and processes
• motion graphics
• animation
• video editing

Candidate requirements:

• animation and 3D modelling skills in Cinema 4D
• Adobe Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign)
• adaptable and able to apply the design processes to a wide-range of projects
• photography/video skills (desirable)
• Rhino and/or SolidWorks (desirable)
• has the right to work in the UK, holds a valid passport and is prepared to travel internationally
