Museum of London is on the hunt for a client project manager to join its team.

£45,000 per annum plus benefits

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated client project manager to join the core project team and to contribute to the delivery of the New Museum of London at Smithfield.

We are planning to open the doors to an entirely new museum housed in an extraordinary array of important market buildings in the geographic and historic heart of London: West Smithfield. The New Museum Project, one of the largest cultural projects in Europe, will transform the museum, Smithfield and, ultimately, Londoners’ relationship with their city.

Following the appointment of the core design team, we are now looking for highly talented and experienced individuals to help deliver the project. We are seeking a client project manager to manage particular elements of the design, content and fit out development and delivery. The post will require working intensively as part of a team, and highly developed negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to initiate and run with new ideas that will contribute towards successful project delivery. An exceptional communicator, you will have an excellent understanding of how to manage a project within a cultural environment, with the ability and experience to drive projects forward by generating solutions and maximising team contributions.
